This Digital Millennium Copyright Act policy applies to the Promoexplore website located at promoexplore.net and the services provided by Promoexplore. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of our services to do the same.

4. Contact information. Your address, telephone number, and email address so that we may contact you regarding your complaint.
5. Statement of good faith. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. Statement of accuracy. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our designated copyright agent. To be valid, your counter-notification must include the following:
1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the removed material. Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
3. Statement under penalty of perjury. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
4. Your contact information. Your name, address, and telephone number.
5. Consent to jurisdiction. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal court and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will promptly provide the original complaining party with a copy of the counter-notification. We will restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it within ten to fourteen business days following receipt of the counter-notification, unless our designated copyright agent first receives notice from the original complainant that such party has filed an action seeking a court order.
Repeat Infringers
It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to disable or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.
Modifications to Submitted Material
We reserve the right to modify or remove any content that is found to be in violation of this policy or applicable law. Submission of a DMCA notice does not guarantee that action will be taken in all cases. We evaluate each notice on its merits and may request additional information before acting on any claim.
